We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999. Orders below ₹999 are charged a flat shipping fee of ₹100.

We offer a 7-day return window for eligible products. Items must be unused, in original condition with tags and packaging intact. Please write to us within 7 days of delivery at info@thehandloomstory.com to initiate a return.
Yes. Products bought during sales, promotional offers, or custom orders are non-returnable unless received damaged. Products showing signs of use will also not be accepted for return.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days via the original payment method.
