If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Return Window:

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Process:

Email us at info@thehandloomstory.com with your order number and the reason for return along with photographs.
Subject the email as "Request for Return with your order no."
Once approved, we’ll arrange a pickup (wherever available) or guide you through the return process.

Condition:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

Non-returnable Items:

Customized, used, or damaged products after delivery are not eligible for return.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your item, the refund will be initiated within 2–3 business days and may take up to 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.

Exchange:

We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. Please place a new order once your return is processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for quick assistance.
